The wool in the iron mordant (left for 20 mins) //
Adding the chopped madder to the dye bath // rust-red colour
Adding the wool to the dye bath // I had left the chopped madder in too long and it unfortunately went brown // better luck next time. Despite this I actually quite liked the earthy colour I achieved.
